Our team has been developing tools and resources for our clients. We decided to pull from our experience and expertise to benefit a wider community, and developed a Gender Mainstreaming Booklet. Our Gender Booklet provides practitioners a tool on “the why” and “the how.” As gender equality in environment and climate initiatives increases because of interest and mandates, we have noticed many partners are left with the persistent question on what tangible strategies exist for enhancing gender-responsive approaches.
